What do you sell?
Toys and enrichment for cats and dogs: catnip toys and crayons, laser pointers, rope and squeaker chews, flying discs, puzzle feeders, plush playsets and pretend-play vet and carrier kits for children. No food, no medication, no live animals. We are online-only — there is no shop to visit.
Is any toy really indestructible?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Rope, plush and rubber all wear out; a determined chewer will get through most things eventually. What we can tell you is how a toy is built — stitched seams, moulded rubber, hidden squeaker — so you can match it to how hard your dog plays. Retire anything that starts shedding pieces.
Which toys need supervision?
Rope and plush should be supervised: swallowed strands and stuffing are the common vet visit. Puzzle feeders and slow bowls are fine unattended once your pet has worked out the mechanism. Laser pointers should never be shone into eyes, and every session should finish with a physical toy the cat can actually catch.
How do I clean them?
Rubber and hard plastic: warm water and mild soap, air-dry fully. Plush without electronics: a gentle machine cycle in a laundry bag, air-dried. Anything with a battery or a squeaker module: surface-wipe only. Catnip toys lose potency when washed — bag them for a week instead to refresh the scent.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 below. Ordered before 3:00 PM IST on a working day, packing starts the same day. We hand to Delhivery / XpressBees within 1–2 business days, transit runs 3–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes.
Can I return a toy my pet ignored?
Only if it is unused and still tagged, within 10 days of delivery. Once a pet has had it, hygiene rules it out. Approved refunds process within 7 business days.
It arrived torn or dead — what now?
Record an unboxing video and send it within 48 hours of delivery. That covers split seams, silent squeakers, missing pieces and wrong items: free replacement or full refund with no return cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.
Are the pretend-play sets suitable for small children?
The vet kits, carriers and animal playsets include small parts and are intended for the age range printed on the box. Check that before buying for a toddler; if the listing is unclear, ask us and we will read the packaging for you rather than guess.
