Two ways to pay at Velvora Studio, no card details stored anywhere, and no fee bolted on at the last screen. Here is how both work and how a refund finds its way back.
Accepted
UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery. Both appear at checkout wherever your PIN code is serviceable and neither carries a processing fee. Prices are in Indian Rupees, applicable taxes included.
Paying with UPI
Select UPI and approve the request in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. It confirms in seconds. The PIN is entered in your own app, never here.
Paying at the door
Choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier on arrival. Change ready makes it quicker. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a small number of remote ones are prepaid-only.
Not accepted
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any wallet besides UPI — no such option exists at checkout, and card numbers, CVV codes and bank credentials are never stored by us. Any request to pay another way is fraudulent and not from us.
GST
Velvora Studio is a small individual seller below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice.
Shipping fee at checkout
Free from ₹999; a flat ₹49 under that, displayed before you confirm rather than after.
Refunds
To the original UPI account, or by bank transfer for COD orders. Cancellations take 5 to 7 business days; refunds after a return take 7 business days. Both follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
