Plush, rope and rubber travel well; puzzle feeders and playsets with small parts do not, unless they are boxed properly. Every Velvora Studio parcel leaves Hyderabad, Telangana with loose pieces bagged and the carton filled so nothing rattles. Below is exactly what dispatch and delivery cost.
Delivery charges
- Free on orders of ₹999 and over.
- Flat ₹49 below that — a single charge per order, however many toys are in it.
- Nothing else is added: no packaging fee, no fuel levy.
When it leaves us
Order before 3:00 PM IST on a working day and packing begins the same day. Parcels reach the courier within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Large playsets and carrier sets are boxed by hand, which is the one thing that uses the full window.
Time in transit
Usually 3–8 business days — around 3–5 business days to metro addresses and 5–8 business days across the rest of India. Counting handling, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of confirmation. Couriers are Delhivery / XpressBees; remote and hill PIN codes add a day or two.
India only
We do not ship abroad. An order placed to an address outside India is cancelled and refunded in full. Unserviceable PIN codes are flagged at checkout, before payment.
How you pay for it
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery handed to the courier. COD is free wherever it is serviceable; a few far PIN codes are prepaid-only and checkout will say so.
Following the parcel
Tracking goes out by email and SMS the moment we hand over. If nothing has moved for 48 hours, tell us — chasing the courier is our job.
If it arrives damaged
