These Terms apply to this website and to every order placed with Velvora Studio, a sole proprietorship trading online from Hyderabad, Telangana. There is no physical shop. Placing an order means accepting them.
1. Who we are
Velvora Studio sells Pet Toys to customers in India only. Correspondence address Lower Ground Floor, Plot no. 123 Mansoor Estate, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500028, India; the only support channel is connect@velvorastudio.shop.
2. Acceptable use
Browse, order and share these pages for personal or ordinary business use. Do not scrape the catalogue, reuse our photography commercially, order under a false identity, or interfere with other customers. Anything done under an account you create is your responsibility.
Checkout details must be accurate and current; a mistyped address is behind almost every failed delivery.
3. Prices and tax
All prices are in Indian Rupees with applicable taxes included. As a small individual seller we sit below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice. Delivery is free from ₹999; a flat ₹49 applies below and is always shown before payment.
4. Payment methods
UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery, and nothing else. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet, and we neither collect nor store card details of any kind.
5. When the contract forms
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract exists once we confirm dispatch by email. Before that we may decline for short stock, a pricing error, unverifiable payment, an unserviceable PIN code, or an address outside India. Anything paid is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Supervision and safe use
Pet toys are sold for supervised use with a healthy animal of appropriate size. Inspect toys regularly and withdraw any that are splitting or shedding parts. Pretend-play sets are children’s toys and carry an age range on the packaging. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from use outside these conditions.
7. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Set out on the Shipping, Cancellation and Refund & Returns pages, which form part of these Terms. Returns run 10 days from delivery, with refunds processed within 7 business days.
8. Descriptions
We state size, material and construction as accurately as we can and photograph what we ship. Screen colour varies. Where a listing is wrong we correct it, and you may cancel any affected order for a full refund.
9. Intellectual property
Text, layout, photography and logo belong to Velvora Studio, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. A listing describing a size, material or standard format is describing the goods, not claiming association with any other company.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the site and goods are supplied without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Velvora Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — lost profit, lost data or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
11. Personal data
Covered by the Privacy Policy, written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
12. Updates
The version live when you ordered governs that order. Changes are published here, not emailed.
13. Law and jurisdiction
Indian law governs these Terms, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. No foreign law applies.
